I bet you have heard the word “automation” used a lot in the online space for business, but maybe you don’t know exactly what automations people are talking about. And that is okay! When I first started in this space over 2 years ago, there were words that I had no idea what the meaning was and also words that in my corporate job meant one thing and then meant something different in the online space.
An automation is used to help automate any systems or process that you may have in the backend of you business to help get information quickly to your potential or current clients/customers.
Automations can be done (in my opinion) incorrectly when you loose the human touch. In the word we live in today, people want to be seen and heard and if you are just trying to sell, sell, sell, they are going to go bye, bye, bye.
Some ways that I personally add human touch/personalizations to my own automation and my clients is by:
